Four effective digital marketing strategy if you are trying to attract traffic to your business.
How do small business owners lay the groundwork for an effective digital marketing strategy?
Start with the digital marketing basics
The DIY instinct is at the core of most small business owners, and when it comes to digital marketing, many of the basics can be handled in-house. With that in mind, here are the first four things you should do to get your digital marketing operation off the ground.
1. Claim your business listings
Many online service providers like Google, Bing, and Yelp offer free listings business owners can claim. Start by going to these sites and updating your business’s name, address, phone number, and other important information. The more listings you claim, the more likely you’ll be found when someone searches online.
2. Start a blog
Companies running a blog get 55 percent more web traffic than their competition. It’s hard to argue with those results, right? As you’re blogging, remember to limit your posts to content that is both topical and relevant to your business so that visitors will return to your site on a regular basis.
3. Get social
Research shows that 90 percent of young Americans and 65 percent of adults are regular users of at least one social media channel. That’s a huge potential pool of new customers for your business. To reach them effectively, make sure your posts are both timely and interesting for your followers. Also, resist the urge to oversell. Social media users want to interact with brands on a personal level, so try asking questions or starting conversations with your audience.
4. Consider a PPC campaign
Pay-per-click (PPC) ads put your business directly in front of consumers as they’re searching the web. When implemented correctly, these ads will raise your visibility and drive qualified traffic at the same time. Both Bing and Google have their own PPC platforms that anyone can access, but the process can be overwhelming for less experienced users.
Once you’ve incorporated these tasks into your regular workflow, you’ll have created a foundation that will drive new revenue to your small business.

Your Customers are Right There Searching For Services You Offer.
However are you available?
Be There with the Help of the Platform Google Provides.
Google My Business : When you search your business name on Google, check the “info box” that appears to the right of the search results for your business and confirm that words "Own this business?" do not appear. If you see those words, click on the "Own this business?" link while you are logged in to a Google account (usually Gmail) and begin the process of claiming your business.
Customer reviews : One of the ways that Google determines the quality and authority of a business is by the number of reviews on the internet for that business.
Mobile devices: Have you ever looked at your website on a mobile device? How does it look and what’s the user experience?
Social media: Whether you’re already active on social media or you have yet to get started, one way to figure out how to approach social media is by looking at what your competitors are doing.
Education: There is so much to know about digital marketing and it will continue to grow and evolve in the future. Take a little time throughout the year to educate yourself on the latest developments.

What You Do After Your Google Adwords Account give Suspension Notification
Whom Should You Hire to Ensure Your Call Delivery?
(If Frequent Account Suspension is Your Issue)
In recent past while hosting an Adword account for one of our new client (center) we faced a Suspension after running successfully for 4 days! We were clueless as to where we went wrong as we always follow updated policies, best practices to ensure the ROI from a campaign as well as to ensure the longitivity of the account. We never try to game the system. After much of the brain stroming we could figure the issue out and spoke with the representative at Google and put forward our case to re-review the account after rectificaton.
The team at google was very responsive and we came out clean with the request and back in business in less than 2 hrs of time.
That really saved our day and we learned one new thing that though we have been in the same business of hosting and managing campaign for past 4 yrs in the same domain we need to still give great attention to small details which most of the advertisers ignores easily or unknowingly.
This probably set us apart from others while ensuring a sure delivery.
Below are few of the snapshots of the ordeal. We are happy that we stood up to our commitment to our valued client.

If you are into a business where your revenue depends on conversions which is of course any call based business is.
The make or break factor is the leads or calls of the potential buyers of the designated niche you are working on. Right?
The following pic came up in my mind (though I have extracted it from google) when I was discussing the worst fear of a call center owner when she sees her agents are sleeping due to the dearth of calls which occurred for many reasons she explained to me. However this center's situation is much better now :)
Pay-Per-Call is a solution where the center purchases live call transfers or the traffic to a site calls for more information on the product and services.
At least 40% work is done because the caller is interested then rest is up to the able agents who entertain the calls. Its estimated that the expense of such acquire is about ~30% of the revenue generated which most of the centers are reluctant to spend and explores much cheaper options which ultimately results in wastage of man hr of the operation and ultimately hampers the bottom line.
No one have time....thanks for reading it through...have a nice day.

How to guarantee a "Guarantee of Satisfaction"
Let your clients know you’re listening.
Because digital marketing may be new to many clients, transparency about where their investment is going is essential. Show clients that your agency can provide a return on investment at a fraction of the costs they would accrue with an in-house team or through traditional media. One way of communicating this is by preemptively setting up weekly calls or emails to provide clients with updates, establishing an opportunity to both anticipate their potential needs and offer solutions. Recognizing the differences in each client’s communication style will dictate the most effective way to reach them. Whether you make time to sit in on an unexpected call or send a bouquet after a client referral, these gestures extend your presence and let clients know you are invested in their partnership
