That’s why our team member Saroj Ma’am (Prakruti) leads weekly Yoga & Meditation sessions every Friday for our girls and women.
This is more than movement.
It’s a pause. A breath. A safe space to be soft and strong at the same time.
Because a peaceful woman is powerful.
And when women heal, communities heal too.
A strong republic is not built in a day—it is built through consistent efforts, compassionate action, and empowered minds. This Republic Day, we continue building hope at the grassroots.
