💰 Salary & Benefits

▪️Stipend (12th Pass): ₹10,994 (In-hand with DBT)
▪️Stipend (ITI/Diploma): ₹12,094 (In-hand with DBT)
▪️Attendance Award: ₹400
▪️Overtime: ₹50 per hour (2–4 hrs daily)
▪️Night Allowance: ₹35/night
▪️Food Facility: 1-time food/snacks (₹204 subsidized deduction)
▪️2 Days Paid Training
▪️No PF / ESI Deduction
