Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant & US Tax Specialist with 5–9 years of experience in US taxation and real estate accounting. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of US tax regulations, real estate accounting practices, and financial reporting standards, while managing accounting and tax engagements for a diverse portfolio of US-based real estate clients.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Experience

• 5–9 years of hands-on experience in US Taxation and Accounting.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end accounting and tax engagements for US-based clients.

Technical Expertise

Strong knowledge and practical experience in:

• Real Estate Taxation
• 1031 Exchanges
• Cost Segregation Studies
• Section 179D Tax Deductions
• Partnership Tax Returns
• Real Estate Tax Compliance and Reporting
• Bookkeeping and Financial Accounting
• US GAAP Standards

Skills

• Proficiency in accounting and tax software commonly used by US accounting firms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
