Open Position- Manager/ AM - Front Office

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Interacting with customers & ensuring a high degree of Customer Service.
• To extend hospitality to customers by anticipating customers anxieties; answering questions; maintaining the reception area.
• To schedule appointments of clients with dermatologists/doctor and align therapists accordingly
• To ensure smooth run of floor and coordinating well with the team
• To handle billing, manage offers & discounts, handling cash
• To coordinate with accounts & sales team
• Ensure accurate billing and package ex*****on
• Service inhouse accounts and up sell cross sell to meet sales targets through effective follow ups
• Ensure accurate maintenance of float cash
• To prepare daily & monthly sales reports
• Also, to do any other tasks as assigned

Requirements:
• At least 3-4 years of experience working in a Skin / Weight Management Clinic
• Good communication skills
• Presentable & highly groomed
• Looking for candidates only from Skin Care Clinics like VLCC, Kaya, Clinic Dermatech, etc.
