Introducing the SAMARTH Mentorship Program– an initiative by Sarva SANDHI Foundation to empower young changemakers stepping into the social impact sector.

Over the past few years, each of us on the team has navigated the highs and lows of building a career in social development—through prestigious fellowships, grassroots work, policy spaces, and program leadership roles across India.

What we wished we had back then?
Mentors who’d walk with us, not ahead of us.

That’s why we built SAMARTH Mentorship Program—a 6-week, virtual, personalized mentorship program for students and early-career professionals (18–30 years) aspiring to create meaningful change.

What SAMARTH offers:-
• 1:1 mentorship with experienced professionals
• Skill-building sessions on CVs, interviews, LinkedIn & more
• Real-time help applying to fellowships and job opportunities
• Peer cohort, access to insider resources, and long-term guidance

Seats: 30 mentees (On First come, First serve basis)
