This is a full-time MBA Intern role that will require the candidate to work on-site in Noida. The MBA Intern will assist with day-to-day tasks such as Joining, exit, employee relation, R&R, operations, preparing offer letters, reliving letters, MIS etc. The intern will work closely with senior management to learn about the industry and gain practical experience in a professional environment.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
Prior internship or work experience in HR, consulting, or similar field is a plus
Knowledge of market research and financial analysis
Interest in technology and innovation
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an MBA program in Human Resource
