🔔 CSR-1 Form Update:

As per Notification G.S.R. 452(E) dated 7th July, 2025, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has substituted Form CSR-1 under the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Amendment Rules, 2025, effective from 14th July, 2025.

✅ Key Update:
Entities already registered for undertaking CSR activities with a valid Registration Number are not required to reapply or re-file the form.

📌 The form is only applicable to new or unregistered implementing agencies seeking CSR registration.

Compliance Reminder for Companies Filing Form MGT-7/MGT-7A

As part of the annual return filing process, companies are required to attach the photograph of their registered office when filing Form MGT-7/MGT-7A.

✅ The photograph must clearly display the external view of the building, along with the Company's name prominently visible, in accordance with the requirements prescribed under Section 12(3) (a) of the Companies Act, 2013.
