Weekends is when an individual character comes to the fore when it comes to transformation plans...
Say NO to the following:
⚡High Sodium
⚡Extravagant food protein sizes
⚡Alcohol
⚡Lying sedentary during day time and only getting active second half of the day
⚡Sleeping too late in night and ruining next day's workout and diet
⚡Too much nonveg
⚡Consuming less fluids (water)
⚡Avoiding macro and micro nutrient calculations
⚡Smoking
Instead focus on the following:
⚡Diet - when you go out it still have to be on point
⚡Gotta workout even harder incase going out for dinners etc.
⚡Don't negate your vitamins/supplements
⚡Be productive during first half of the day
⚡Request the chef to put low sodium in your food (they always listen if you humbly request)
⚡For men use 2 portion of firportist size as meal and women mention 1 portion of fist size as meal (this has to be explained amd you can DM for questions)
⚡Next day is important. Hence don't make outing soo late at night that next day you wake up at afternoon hours and running entire day
⚡Limit alcohol and smoking. These 2 are linked to maximize diseases in the world.
