Children from across India took part in the National Inclusive Children’s Parliament Elections using the sociocracy model—where decisions are made with consent and every voice counts. They nominated peers, shared their visions, and participated in thoughtful circle discussions to ensure leadership that is diverse and inclusive.
Instead of competing for votes, they focused on listening, understanding, and selecting leaders who uphold climate justice and child-led action. These sociocratic elections showcased a reimagined, child-friendly form of governance rooted in respect, collaboration, and shared leadership.

Day 3 - NICP
Children across India delved into Human Rights—exploring the UDHR and the principles of availability, accessibility, acceptability & quality.
With a stronger understanding of the United nations sustainable development goals, they are gearing up for the National Inclusive Children’s Parliament elections with confidence and inclusiveness!
