We recently organized a Sound Healing and Tai Chi session at Samtel Avionics - an initiative focused on helping employees slow down, recharge, and build small wellbeing habits into everyday work life.

Led by Dr Prashant from Pune, the session combined calming sound therapy, mindful breathing, and gentle movements that helped participants relax, refocus, and reconnect with themselves. It was heartening to witness moments of silence, stillness, and collective calm across the workplace.

Thanks to our leadership and HR team for encouraging and supporting this thoughtful initiative, and to everyone who participated in making the session truly meaningful.

There are some conversations that go beyond industries, businesses, or headlines - and become reflections of a larger national mindset.

“India comes first.”

This thought echoed strongly during my interaction with Arnab Goswami

What stood out was a shared belief that India is entering a defining phase - one where its voice, innovation, industries, and institutions will increasingly shape global conversations rather than simply participate in them.

“India First” is no longer just a statement. It is becoming a long-term mindset that will define India’s next phase of growth, resilience, and global leadership.

In a rapidly evolving geopolitical and economic landscape, the future will belong to nations that build with conviction, strengthen indigenous capabilities, and lead with strategic intent.

Today, on Labour Day, let’s celebrate the people behind the work.
The effort that often goes unseen.

We do recognize outcomes, but not always the effort behind them that makes all of that possible.

The colleague who stays back to get things right.
The teams who are working behind the scenes.
The people whose support keeps everything moving forward.

Today is a reminder to pause, to notice, to appreciate, and to acknowledge the people around us.

Take a moment to thank a colleague -
whether it’s someone you’re collaborating with, someone from another team who helped you solve a challenge, or a support staff member whose everyday efforts keep things running.

Because progress is never built by systems alone.

It is built by the people who run them.
