KickOff Solutions works towards creating opportunities for girls from underserved communities who have shown exceptional potential in sport - supporting them through mentorship, fellowships, guidance and pathways towards greater independence and leadership.

Behind this work is a team made up of sportspersons, educators, mentors, communicators and operators, all bringing different experiences but a shared belief in the power of sport to change lives.

Through Ignite, we saw the power of partnership in action. Our girls are growing because of people who help them see what’s possible, partners who measure impact, and those who guide them in fighting gender biases, building 21st-century skills, strengthening mental resilience, and maintaining their safety, and the ones who carry their stories to the world.✨
