Weight loss: SIX quick tips to boost your metabolism for a flat tummy

1. Eat enough protein : if your weight is 60 kg have minimum (60 gm + 30 gm) Protein

2. Focus on fibre : diet rich in high-fibre foods boosts metabolism

3. Say ‘no’ to processed foods : no biscuit no chips, no cold drinks , no packed food.

4. Include regular physical activity : physical activity plays a vital role when it comes to maintaining a healthy metabolism. Do walking, cycling and swimming or any routine excerise for minimum 30 mins.

5. Get adequate sleep : sleep atleast for 7 to 8 hrs a day and ideal time to sleep should be between 9 30 pm to 5.30 am.

6. Have enough water : have minimum three to four liter of water a day a minimum 1 liter of water for every 20 kg.
