I don't have six pack abs๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿคญ

I don't use all the complicated scientific terms in the fitness industry to explain to my clients .

I eat biscuits and oatmeal for breakfast.

So Why should you listen to me? ๐Ÿค”

I know that nutrition and fitness go far beyond macro and weight.

I live in the truth.

You can find all the information about changing your body and increasing your strength on the Internet for free.

So if this is the case, why does everyone seem to continue to fail in their efforts to become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves?

The diet or the workout isnโ€™t the problem!

The person looking at you in the mirror has a problem.

The same person is the reason for your place in life: good or bad.

But the person staring at you in the mirror is also the solution.

You have to improve.

When you learn to create success in one area of life, you also learn to create success in multiple areas of life.

When you change yourself for the better, your relationships change for the better, your finances change for the better and how your level of happiness changes for the better.

Therefore, instead of looking for the next best diet or exercise plan, it is better to look for the next best version of yourself

This is not the reason you back hurts all the time...

BEEP โฐ BEEP ๐Ÿ”” BEEP โฐ BEEP ๐Ÿ”” BEEP

Your 7 am alarm goes OFF (after snoozing couple of times)

You are half awake, exhaused...

Your turn sideways to check time on your mobile ( nowadays very few people have alarm clocks near their bed)

"Dammmmmn its 8am, I've meeting at 8:30am"

You get ready and open you laptop and sit like this at your desk, looking like this....

Attending endless zoom meeting calls and somebody asks a lot of questions that extenda the meeting by 3x times....

At lunch break you sit like this while waating vudeo's on YouTube or Netflix....

And you're still thinking about why your back has been hurting lately... ... ๐Ÿ˜‚

Common bro...

IF your dont do smething now, your back is definitely gonna be having some problems over long periods of time if you donโ€™t fix your sitting posture + start stretching

Joking aside...if it's you and your back is really hurting and you're looking for a good stretching routine...

Before you start your day at work make sure your stretch your body (which was resting for at least 6-8 hrs), every now and then get off the chair and stretch your back, lower body, legs and hands.
