There is nothing more exciting to us, than to see students passionately talking about and taking on Entrepreneurship as a career path. We had a wonderful session with the students at Mount Carmel College, on the importance of structuring ones business ideas with respect to starting a new business venture and how to protect their interest by legally registering their companies.
We also helped them assess how scale, risk, vision and funds influence the path of company registration which can be opted by entrepreneurs.

Uddip is a synergy between two contrasting yet synchronous philosophies. The name “uddip” itself holds two separate meaning as relevant to the role it is playing.

The first meaning which “UDDIP” represents is an acronym, which is for “User Driven Development of Intellectual Property”.

This philosophy focuses on the aspect of understanding, validating and protecting the ideas and Intellectual Property (IP) assets which individuals and organizations develop in the course of their personal endeavors. Only when an individual is capable of protecting and exploiting its IP assets that it can truly leverage the true potential of their work.

We at Uddip desire to work with Individuals, Students, Academic Institutions and Industries to identify, structure and develop these IP assets to benefit all the stakeholders.

A thought which crosses our mind when we face or see a problem, when contemplated cautiously converts to an idea. The idea undergoes planning and distillation to become a business plan. This further goes on to become an enterprise. The phases of a thought to idea transmission is valued as the greatest time in the history of making a successful enterprise. UDDIP provides complete assistance in this process for new entrepreneurs as well as for seasoned business owners.
