• Basic knowledge of software tools like C, C # #,Java, AI, ML.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Hands on experience on training and good people management skills ability to monitor, coach and mentor according to the project requirements.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new business domains and technical applications.
• Understand and follow established processes and best practices.
• Design, organize and conduct suitable training programmes to enhance the knowledge base.
• Ensure that the quality of participants is appropriate and that necessary arrangements are made to support the achievement of the course objectives.
