Here are strong, practical DON’Ts for your wedding day.
Avoid these common mistakes ✨

❌ 1. Don’t wear pretty shoes just because they’re pretty.

Comfortable footwear is non-negotiable.
If you have a shoe bite or aching feet, you won’t enjoy your wedding and it shows in your posture and expressions.

❌ 2. Don’t start portraits before your makeup is completely finished.

Half-done hair, unblended contour, lipstick pending, it doesn’t look good in pictures.
“Getting ready” portraits were trending once. Not anymore.

❌ 3. Don’t experiment with a new makeup style on your wedding day.

Your wedding is not a trial.
Do a proper makeup trial beforehand and stick to what truly suits you. Don’t go for n**e lipstick if they don’t suit you. Stick to your colours.

❌ 4. Don’t ignore outfit fitting.

If your blouse is too tight, sleeves restrict movement, or your dupatta keeps slipping; you will look uncomfortable.
Comfort always photographs better.

❌ 5. Don’t schedule outdoor portraits in harsh afternoon sunlight.

Midday light creates harsh shadows, squinting, and unflattering angles.
Plan around better light windows.

❌ 6. Don’t delay portraits until “after guests leave.”

Energy drops. Makeup fades. Outfit shifts. You get tired.
Prime portrait time is before the chaos begins.

Because bridal portraits are not just about posing;
