For me, these two have worked as ice breakers many a times.

We have just been lucky to get a kick ass domain and have met cool people who geek out with us about it! 😅

But a good professional domain, email id, social media presence and website makes your potential client believe that you truly care about what you do!

Do you assume that your gang/ followers really know what you do?
Are you sure?
Are you absolutely sure?
Have you checked with them? Like have you personally asked them? 🤔
Don't assume. Do this exercise.
And don't get mad at them if they don't know. It's actually your shortcoming. Maybe you haven't made it clear yet!
It's the lack of 'basic' brand awareness.
And it costs you zero money!
