Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling visual content that effectively communicates our brand's message. You will work closely with our creative team to produce high-quality videos that engage and captivate our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Editing and Post-Production: Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to edit raw footage, ensuring seamless transitions, proper pacing, and visual continuity. Add visual effects, graphics, and animations as required to enhance the overall video quality.

Storytelling: Collaborate with the creative team to develop a clear narrative and story structure for each video project. Arrange and trim footage to effectively convey the intended message and evoke the desired emotional response from the viewers.

Video Enhancement: Enhance video quality by adjusting color, brightness, contrast, and other visual elements. Ensure the audio quality is optimized, including adjusting sound levels, adding background music, and incorporating sound effects when necessary.

Creative Input: Provide creative input and ideas during the video production process, contributing to the overall concept, scriptwriting, shot selection, and post-production decisions.

Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on time. Coordinate with different stakeholders to gather necessary assets and feedback to maintain efficient workflows.

Quality Control: Perform thorough reviews of edited videos to ensure they align with the brand's guidelines, maintain a consistent visual style, and meet the specified requirements.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in video editing, motion graphics, and post-production software to continuously improve skills and bring innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional video editing experience, preferably in a creative agency, production house, or similar environment. Showcasing a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in video editing, storytelling, and visual effects.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using industry-standard video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Familiarity with motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) and audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition) is a plus.

Creative Eye: Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color theory, and audiovisual techniques. Ability to bring creative ideas to the table and transform raw footage into compelling and visually appealing videos.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate and precise editing, maintain project files, and manage multiple projects effectively.

Time Management: Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time efficiently. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including videographers, content creators, designers, and marketers. Excellent communication skills to convey ideas and receive feedback effectively.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, techniques, and industry trends. Ability to quickly grasp and implement new tools and workflows.

Salary Range: 25000-35,000 pm.
Residing in: Thane/ Central Mumbai
Office Location: Kolshet, Thane
Working Days: Mon- Friday, 10:30 - 7:00pm
