Successfully completed First Aid & CPR training with HPCL / Lubri Oil Pipeline (Mumbai–Solapur)!
It’s truly a proud moment to be a part of their official vendor list. 🌟
The participants were enthusiastic, responsive, and showed great interest throughout the session.
A big thank you to the entire team for the warmth, support, and hospitality.
Grateful for the opportunity to contribute to safety and preparedness at such a vital organization. 🙏
I am currently at the L&T construction site, conducting First Aid and CPR training. I am grateful to L&T for offering me this opportunity, which enables me to train their teams at various locations, including Dahanu, Virar, and Diva, for their high-profile Bullet Train project.
How CPR Brings Life Back
Heart attacks and sudden cardiac arrests are leading causes of death worldwide. In those critical first moments, knowing CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) with the CAB method - Compression, Airway, and Breathing could save a life. Here's why everyone should learn it:
Why is CPR So Important?
When the heart stops, CPR keeps blood flowing to vital organs, giving the person a much better chance of survival until medical help arrives. Every second counts, and immediate CPR can double or triple survival rates.
How to Perform CPR Using the CAB Technique - It's Easier Than You Think
1. Compression
- Place your hands in the center of the chest.
- Push hard and fast at 100-120 compressions per minute.
- Compressions help circulate blood to keep the organs alive.
2. Airway
- Tilt the head back gently and lift the chin to open the airway.
- This step is crucial to ensure that air can enter the lungs when you give breaths.
3. Breathing
- If trained, give two breaths after every 30 compressions.
Pinch the nose, seal your mouth over theirs, and watch the chest rise.
- If not trained in rescue breaths, continue with compressions only.
The Impact
Imagine if more people knew how to respond in these emergencies! Learning CPR with the CAB technique could help you save a friend, family member, or stranger in need.
