We were blessed with legends like Lata ji, Asha ji, Rafi sahab, Kishore Kumar ji, Mukesh ji, Manna Dey ji, Hemant Kumar ji, and Mahendra Kapoor ji — voices that will remain eternal.

With a heavy heart, I feel today marks the end of a golden era of Indian music.

I feel truly fortunate to have had many opportunities to perform with Ashaji. Playing solo mandolin in the iconic Marathi song “Phoolale Re Kshan Majhe” remains one of my most cherished memories.
