Doctoral conrtium in XLRI organized two weeks ago was the reflection of this evolution process. The workshop organized for the doctoral scholars were ranging from how to publish in top tier journals to carry out the more sophisticated data analysis to qualitative research to developing and testing Indian concepts and construct.
