Are you looking to treat yourself and your family to delicious, healthy desserts? Join us for a special Healthy Baking Workshop led by Chef Shailja, on this 27th! 🧁

This is a hands-on “bake-along” session where you’ll learn to create unique, wholesome recipes. And you also get to take your creations home with you!

What we’ll be baking:

🌱 Jowar Orange Almond Cake: Eggless, Gluten-free, and Millet-based.

🍫 Kunafa Ragi Chocolate Brownie: Eggless, Gluten-free, and No Maida.

🍓 Wheat Strawberry Tea Cake: A whole-wheat delight packed with fresh strawberries.

🍪 Seedy Cardamom Cookies: Made with jowar, oats and ragi, completely Gluten-free. Loaded with sunflower, chia and pumpkin seeds and a hint of cardamom!

All recipes are sugar-free, using healthy alternatives.

When your son’s birthday falls on a once-in-a-lifetime date, the cake simply has to match the magic! ✨

My elder son celebrated his grand birthday turning 26 on 26th May 2026. To mark a day this unique, I wanted to move away from typical designs and create something incredibly elegant and unforgettable🤍

The result was a stunning rectangular vanilla cake, filled with yummy cream-cheese frosting, and dressed up beautifully with handcrafted edible roses!

Knowing how much he liked it and getting to share that moment together was the ultimate highlight of my week✨💗
