It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas, especially if you were at the for brunch this afternoon.

The staff and regular patrons enjoyed a luxurious Sunday brunch, followed by the traditional Christmas cake mixing ceremony, which had adults and kids alike, all enthusiastic to put on their aprons, hats and gloves and dive in to mix the finely chopped fruit with jars brimming with brandy and rum.

My dearest friend came "dressed like a Christmas tree" (her words, not mine), all in green with a silvery round clutch which resembled a bauble; and dangling diamond earrings which sparkled just like those beautiful decorations on the tree.

Of course, every one broke out into a round of carols to usher in the spirit of the season and we are all looking forward to the extensive Christmas brunch with roast turkey and cranberry sauce on Christmas day 😍 🌟✨🎄

Yep! It was quite a blur. In a good way, of course... because when aka hosts a party, you can expect a night of high octane glamour and unbridled dancing into the wee hours.

Last night, our favourite influencer hosted the re-launch of and expectedly, invited a number of her fabulous friends to witness the soiree.

We were thrilled to catch up with our favourite girls - and and enjoyed an evening of good spirits and fine food.
