Hi-Tech Aircon

Much like our lives nothing here was comprehensible. Yet when I entered this room it was brimmed with a constant energy, like looking at the letters would actually make you feel like you were shaking. Like red was meant to capture your attention but steal your logic. Like whatever you saw today, was meant to make your feel...feel something. It was one of the pieces in the Gallery that made you want to know more but told you literally nothing.
Like when someone holds your hand and speaks in a foreign language, and while you keep trying to find meaning behind their words you understand their feelings. Because the touch, the look...they speak volumes and louder than the words really do.
Truly poem, it begs you to feel
The artist made used her drug hazed friend's words poetry to make something that could make an impact on more than an individual regardless of the language they spoke or understood. The artist knew that this piece would not need explaining.
It was to remain an enigma and still feel connected to.
Anyway that's what I felt.
P.S This is probably why I'm the worst person to travel with I will get you drunk on sake and make you visit modern art galleries as part of 'sightseeing'

I hope when you turn to look back at this year there will be more memories of you growing, smiling, laughing, getting lost and finding yourself more and more on each turn. This year is more for you, your thoughts, your happiness, and your growth. This one is for you to be selfish and look out for yourself before you do for others.
