Job Responsibilities:

:: - Advisor Recruitment.
:: - Advisor Business Activation.
:: - Insurance Premium Collection.
:: - To achieve product wise monthly business targets
:: - Ensure that the Insurance Consultant are engaged.
:: - Ability to manage all the parameters of the business.
:: - Regularly visit there agents in there home and offices.
:: - Goal setting of all Insurance Agents / Advisors in their team.
:: - Regular Field observation and Demonstration with the agency force.
:: - Ensure that Agents are constantly inducted, activated and productive.
:: - Motivated and productive by strong relationship with Insurance Advisor.
:: - Drive the incentive schemes to ensure that the agents income exceed benchmark.
:: - Understand the Agents business in depth and seek opportunities for business development
:: - Regular and periodic review, monitoring and mentoring of all the Relationship they are managing to ensure that they are on track to achieve their goals.
