Backup Windows Mail Email

Open Windows Mail..

Then click on Tools (top menu)
Options
Advanced
Maintenance
Store folder
Select the entire line of text in the white space and press CTRL and C to copy; Click cancel and close and ok
Now open Computer
In the top address bar press CTRL and V to paste the line of text you just copied and press ENTER
Copy the contents of this folder to DVD to complete your backup

How to backup your Emails
Open Outlook Express.

Then click on Tools (top menu)
Options
Maintenance
Store folder
Select the entire line of text in the white space and press CTRL and C to copy; Click cancel and cancel again
Now open up My Computer
In the top address bar press CTRL and V to paste the line of text you just copied and press ENTER
Copy the contents of this folder to DVD to complete your backup
