GST Return (Invoice data upload for GSTR-1 and its viewing in GSTR-2A) has been made operational since 5:00 am today (24.7.2017) on GST Portal. It is available for taxpayers after login under services along with Registration, Payment .

Offline tool is also been made available on the GST portal.

Subject: Extension of time limit for filing intimation for composition levy

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168 of the Central Goods and Services
Tax Act, 2017, the Board hereby extends the period for filing an intimation in FORM GST
CMP-01 under sub-rule (1) of rule (3) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017
upto 16th August, 2017.
