Whether you’re a little baby girl or baby boy
You fill our heart with all your joy,
Waiting for you to arrive soon our little playful toy.

The day when you will arrive,
Mom dad would have never felt so alive
Seeing you would bring tear straight to our eye,
And you would know the reason why.

I feel your movements every time I am off to sleep,
This makes my heart skip a beat.
You cheer me with your hiccups when I’m sad
And this little linkup of another life makes me glad.

I already know how you'll be,
a cute li’l baby for mommy to see,
we will wait for parents to be,
to a special baby we can't wait to see.

When you feel a hand rest upon your Mommy at night
That’s your Daddy talking to you with delight.
But for now, you sleep inside your Mommy,
Keep warm and playful inside her tummy,

Everyday our love for you would grow
And we know this caring will always show,
We would do everything to make you see the beauty of nature
These memories you will always cherish in future.

We really dint know that such small feet could leave such big imprint on our heart until we heard the heartbeat for the first time and understood what it means to love someone more than our life and those little playful kicks always reminds me that I am not alone. Before you were born I carried you under my heart and you were the one who could feel my heartbeat and no one else knows the strength of my love for you. After all you are the one who knows what my heart sounds like from inside. “Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in our heart.”
