PLC Programming, SCADA design, DCS programming, Conducting FAT, SAT,Installation and Commissioning , ACAD Drafting.
PLC Allen Bradley Products : Micrologix 1000, Micrologix 1100,Micrologix 1200
Programming Software : RS Logix 500 (Selection, Programming, Wiring,Commissioning of PLC).
SCADA RS View-32,Creating new applications, animation,(communication with PLC ) HMI Allen Bradley Panel View Micro, Panel View Component (Creating new applications, animation, communication with PLC).
Instrumentation Sensors, Proximity sensors, RTD, Flow transmitter etc.
Motors Starting methods of 3phase induction motor, Speed control.
Switch Gears Knowledge of Relay, Contactor, MCB, MPCB, ELCB, Breakers.
Panel Design Star Delta, DOL, Current Transformer, Potential Transformer, Wiring etc

Required Candidate profile:

Any certification course or Knowledge about PLC /HMI/DCS

Education: Electrical /Electronic & Telecommunication / Instrumentation

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Requirement of Sr Project Engineer : Experienced on Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron & Mitsubishi Automation products & programming platforms such as RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000, RSLogix 500, Connected Component Workbench, FactoryTalk View, Simatic Manager, TIA Portal, WinCC, CX-One Software, CX- Programmer,GXWorks-, GXWorks-3.

Job Description:

Project Engineering , Testing, Troubleshooting & On-Site Commissioning in various types of industries.
At leaset 3 years of works experience on independently handling Allen-Bradley Siemens, Omron & Mitsubishi HMI,PLC, AC Drives, SCADA.
At least three years of experience reading, reviewing and interpreting electrical schematics/Drawing, process plant equipment and devices understanding
Maintenance and operation of all PLC and SCADA communication channels
Designing and drafting electrical drawings
Data communication monitoring
Continuous maintenance and upgrades to the PLC and SCADA systems
Ensure all field protocols are working across the plant
License and support document organization and maintenance
Responsibility for next generation PLC and SCADA products
Provide engineering level support as needed, both in-house and remote

Education:BE/B.Tech: Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical

Experience: 3-4 years of field + team handling experience Must have customer handling &Team Handling Experience
