10 Years of Leadership and Evolution

Today, we celebrate Abhay Jaiswal on completing a decade with CleanMax, a journey marked by growth, ownership, and consistent impact.

Starting with module procurement and supply chain management during the early days of the landmark Karnataka 208 MW project, Abhay has grown across roles and responsibilities to now lead Equity Finance, managing complex board sub committee agendas and critical decision making.

His ability to take calculated risks, manage people effectively, and execute with precision has made him a trusted leader across teams. From handling kW scale rooftop projects to contributing to large ground mount ventures, Abhay’s journey reflects both scale and adaptability.

Known for his easy going nature alongside sharp insights and strong ownership, his dedication and focus on results continue to inspire those around him.
