🎉 Celebrating 79 Years of Legacy and Learning at NML MILS

On the occasion of the 79th Foundation Day of N. M. Lokhande Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies, we hosted a thought-provoking session on the theme: “Navigating Professional Growth in the World of HR & IR.”

We were honoured to have Mr. Sharad Gangal, Chairman – TJSB Sahakari Bank and former Executive Vice President – People Processes at Thermax Ltd., as the Chief Guest.

In his insightful address, he shared a strategic vision for the evolving role of HR in business and leadership.
