Know your own skin better than anyone else, and treat it with kindness.

Did you know that sleep plays a very important role in your life? Lack of sleep can hamper a lot of regular functioning of our body, resulting in weight gain, memory loss and ageing skin. Get your beauty sleep everyday for atleast 7 hours.

You will need well fitted gowns for several occasions at your pageant. Be sure to start working on your gown styles well in advance.

Dont forget to get your nails done before your pageant. Acrylic extensions or just gel polish on your nails will last for 3-4 weeks so you dont have to worry about your nail color chipping during your pageant. Get a neutral color so it matches with all your outfits. A little nail art can add some fun too!

Even though people love a good gossip, keep that only for very close friends and family.
In a formal setting, avoid gossip or saying anything negative about anyone. Keep it positive.
