Forest Mirror: This was one of our trips to Bandhavgarh National Park when we came across two cubs engrossed in a play fight and for a second it felt like a reflection in the mirror 🐅

Nikit Surve has been working in Sanjay Gandhi National Park in collaboration with the Maharashtra Forest Department on a research project to understand human-leopard interactions in this urban landscape of Mumbai. He is the recipient of In Sanctuary young naturalist award 2017. Currently, he works as a Research manager at the Wildlife Conservation Society - India. My research interests include Urban ecology, human - animal interactions and landscape ecology.
