QUALIFICATION: A Graduate in Chemistry/Pharma-B.sc./B.Pharm

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 to 4 years

SALARY :5 lac to 6 INR

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED- A Graduate in Chemistry/ Pharma- B.sc./B. Pharma

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED- Good knowledge of MS Office[Word and Excel] & any ERP System

NUMBER OF YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- 5-7 years in quality analysis experience especially in handling documentation,
artwork, BMI/SMP & regulatory compliance for quality control department within a personal care,cosmetics, Perfumes manufacturing company.

Candidates with similar experience within a regulatory compliance department in any Pharmaceutical products manufacturing company

MANDATES

• For AMEX DJ we need candidates from a target oriented processes in their previous organization. Someone who is a performer with the current organization.

• For AT&T we need candidates from hardcore third party collections processes in their previous organization.

NOTE

• We hire candidates within age limit of 20yrs – 38yrs.

Job description-
1. Calling Leads
 Call on parent leads
 60-75 leads are to be called daily
2. Generating trial classes
 Pitch to the parents to take PlanetSpark Trial Class
3. Take counselling sessions and convert them
 Conduct counselling sessions for parents who take trial classes
 Close the sale through smart and strategic approach
Shift Timings-
India- 9:30am to 6:30pm (Monday off)
Middle-East/ Europe- 3pm to 12am (Sunday off)
US/ Canada- 8pm to 5am (Sunday off)
CTC –
Post selection the candidates will be entitled for a stipend amount of Rs.10,000 for a 14 days training period. Post training clearance, below CTC will be applicable.
INR 6.6 LPA (4 LPA – fixed + 2.6 LPA – variable)- Candidates who opt for US/ Canada will get an additional night shift allowance of 5000/month.
