Eagle Hills Properties required a workspace where leadership presence and focused, high-quality work occupy the same environment. JTCPL Designs shaped the response around light, alignment, and spatial precision.

Floor-to-ceiling glazing brings natural light deep across the floorplate. Workstations are positioned along the perimeter, where daylight is most consistent.

A central collaboration zone anchors the layout, acoustically tuned to support interaction without displacing calm.
