"I hate my cubicle."
This was my favorite chant for the past two years during my employment days.

What made me hate my job so much?

Of the many, I talk about one of the most interesting reason today- People!

I hated how I couldn't resonate with many in the office.

Probably, because their interests didn't match mine.
Probably, because I found the cubicle a trap, they found it home.
Probably, because for me creating new paths was important, for them following orders.
Probably, because for me failing my way was learning, for them failing was degrading.

I can go on with such probabilities.
My point is I didn't feel the belonging there.

It's been 4 months since I chuck the cubicle.
I feel more content.

LinkedIn gives you an amazing power to connect with some great people around the world. Unfortunately, I realized it a bit too late. But it's never too late.
