From powerful keynote addresses to rivetting panel discussions , from insightful workshops to lived experiences conversations , IDC brought together leaders and change makers committed to advancing Diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.

It was indeed wonderful to be back for the 2nd year in a row to stitch the event together and to ensure the energy quotient was high throughout the day!

Just me raising a glass to every woman who thought she couldn't until she DID !

Keep them dreams alive
They may be slow in coming
Don't look left or right
The competition is not always becoming

You are your own master
The master of your dreams
They may not align with others
Sometimes their care is not what it seems

Your only yardstick should be
That you are better now than yesterday
You are closer to your goals
Irrespective of some failures along the way

If the self doubt clouds your thinking
Go back to the time
When you hadn't even said yes
To what what was always ' meant to be mine'

So hang in there dear sisters
This is just the start
Of the life you envisioned
Of the bigger scheme of things that you are a part .
