Pork Vindaloo, Mangalorean Pork Indad Recipe
Marvel cold storage I C Borivali. west. Mumbai.
1 1/2 Kg Fresh Boneless Pork
Mixer Grinder items
9 Green Chillies, 15 Kashmiri chilies or Bydagi, 4 Cinnamon, 12 Cloves, 2 whole Garlic, small finger size Ginger, 2 Tbps Jeera, 1/2 Tspn mustard, 3 Medium onion, 8 Peppercorns, 2 Tbsp sugar, 1 large juicy lemon, thump size Tamarind, 1 Tbps Turmeric powder, few drop Coconut vinegar in a whiskey bottle. Essential best Whisky you can afford. Even if you forget a pinch of Salt.
Dramatic Direction.
Wash and clean the meat, and your hand before you begin.
Apply salt and turmeric and keep aside Pork Vindaloo,
Pour a glass of Whiskey and little water for taste. Sip it and do Ahaa. pinch of salt for taste.
Mangalorean Cook in style wipe your mustache with an apron.
Grind all the ingredients mentioned for Grinding in vinegar, not whiskey that is kept in a whiskey bottle, Very smooth consistent fine paste tastes good for this recipe.
Wash the mixer with diluted Whiskey, no water, and remove all masala from the grinding jar.
Add Coconut oil to Tava and fry the Pork pieces on both sides. Also do not put all the meat at once and fry. That will spoil the joy of making Pork Vindaloo, Mangalorean Pork Indad. Every time you finish have a sip of the poured whiskey. Ensure each piece is fried to light brown. While you wait check if the whiskey glass tastes good. if not add some more whiskey to the glass.
The meat releases fat Keep it is for the next peg, No; no the next step of the masala is fried in the same fat and aroma.
Come on now keep aside the meat on a clean plate.
Excuse me now, take the whiskey glass and do the honors it is very inspirational and motivating.
Now the most important part, Glup the last swoggle of whiskey before we fry the ground masala in the same Fat aroma oil where the pork is fried.
Take your time and while the chatty is setting on fire while you make another glass of Whiskey. Now we are getting it correct.
Once the masala is frying, you should have finished the whiskey in your glass. it is important to add fried pork meat. Stir it round and round. Add the water to your whiskey.
Let the masala simmer on low flame while you are completing the glass of Whiskey.
Be careful to cut the potatoes not your finger, slice the potatoes, and fry it in coconut. Bixt these fried potatoes with the cooked Dukorpork vindaloo and close it and wait for some time. Till you cannot make our which is whiskey and vinegar. It time to stop drinking and put off the fire.
Eat whatever you find in the kitchen because this receip tastes good only when you are sober the next day.
You will mature you should not drink while cooking and burn your apron.
