Our hero propulsion system that took the flight 🚀

If you’re building satellites and still seeking precise propulsion, this system is the proven answer for your mission success.

World Space just validated what we built and it reflects as TRL 8 (Technology Readiness Level)

VYOM 2U fired 700+ seconds in orbit with 20+ restarts and zero failures over its mission-stay in orbit.

Not simulated, not estimated but proven on ISRO’s PSLV C60 - POEM 4 mission.

It’s safe, agile, efficient and most importantly green, fueled with an inhouse developed propellant.

All technical specs are in depth in the carousel, please go through the material.

My mother has studied till 7th grade and my father did basic industrial training to support our family.

I didn’t know what to do after my matriculation in 2005, let alone IIT. My elder sisters were my guiding light, so one day while having lunch together, my sister said, “We will send him to IIT.”

We all started looking at each other and burst into laughter. We all were unaware and surprised as we did not know what this place is and how will they send me there.

Then in Nashik, a coaching institute came, I attended their session and learnt about the cut-throat competition, which selects the cream of the nation’s best candidates, who achieve merit in this exam.

I asked myself, “Why not? What will happen, I might fail, but what if I studied hard and succeed?”

I entered into a zone and was so focused that I fell in love with solving Physics, Chemistry and Mathematical equations. It was never about the competition, but just enjoying the process.

Day and night, I was sharpening my routine and skills, I could solve these problems even in my sleep.

But life woks in mysteriously funny ways. In my first attempt, I got a good rank, but not good enough to get the best college to pursue my passion for Aerospace Engineering. Again the same question, “Why not a second time for IIT and this time let’s aim for IIT-Bombay?”

I kept it simple with my approach this time, yet left no page unturned, and after a year long pure dedication with the right and smart mindset, I was at the doors of my dream college, ready to study Aerospace Engineering.

One thing led to another, and I was leading India’s first student satellite program with ‘ISRO’ in my third year, with one simple attitude of service, blended with curiosity and the same question, “Why not?”

We had done something fabulous, something that not happens even in one entire lifetime. I asked again;

“Why not build a world class space-tech company in India for a global market?”

In 2017, I co-founded Manastu Space - Building Green Propulsion Systems for Satellites and Launch Vehicles.

At Manastu Space, “safety” isn’t just a buzzword, it’s etched into our DNA.

Seven years ago, a near-fatal accident left our Co-Founder and CEO Tushar Jadhav with 16% burn injuries and a grueling year-long recovery. Those scars still remain today, serving as a silent, powerful reminder of why we do what we do.

When we say we build the world’s safest green propulsion systems, we aren’t just talking about fuel and our promised technology. We are talking about a ‘Behavior-Based Safety’ culture that governs every weld, every line of code, and every breath in our facility.

We don’t just engineer safety; we live it.
