Sr. Sales Executive – Shrink Sleeves and Roll Fed Labels / HTL and Laminates for Thane location from packaging industries.
Job loc:Thane,Mumbai.
Objective:
The person will be responsible for the Sales and drive the strategy to grow our brand and market share of Shrink Sleeves and Roll Fed Labels in domestic and export markets.
His key tasks will be to:
Develop new customers by generating leads independently.
Convert leads into profitable sales
Retain existing customers by providing best services as per Company policies to achieve the given targets
Increase volume of business from existing customers
Independent objection handling after concurrence with management
Drive and recover payment in given time frames
Keep track of collectible outstanding and regular follow up
Submit MIS reports in given time frame
Job Relationships:
Reporting to: Business Development Manager

Competencies
Excellent English (written and verbal) communication skills
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Smart, energetic with good presentation capabilities
Sound knowledge of MS office, ERP and CRM systems
Good at multitasking and analytical skills
Comfortable with extensive travelling in assigned regions for sales efforts

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate with at least 60% throughout
5 to 7 years experience, at least 2-4 years in relevant industry preferred.
