We received a request from our client to transport 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀 (𝗠𝗛𝗖 – 𝗟𝗠𝗛 𝟰𝟮𝟱), 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟯𝟯𝟰 𝗠𝗧, as single shipments of 𝟱𝟰,𝟱𝟬𝟬 𝗖𝗕𝗠, from Europe to India - with the shortest possible transit time and a tight laycan window. On paper, it sounded straightforward. In reality, it was anything but.

Arranging a suitable heavy-lift vessel at short notice is always a true test of expertise. Availability, technical suitability, and precise timing all had to align perfectly. Our senior leadership engaged directly with key decision-makers at the carrier’s headquarters, working relentlessly to identify the right solution - and ultimately securing MV BBC RUBY, a vessel that fully matched the client’s operational and scheduling requirements.

Another major challenge was achieving 𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗜𝗻, 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗢𝘂𝘁 (𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗢) 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, while aligning with the client’s budget expectations—a complex coordination effort that required strong commercial and operational negotiations.

Handling Mobile Harbour Cranes comes with its own set of challenges, from precision loading to safe sea-fastening and smooth discharge operations. Despite the complexities, our operations team executed the shipment seamlessly, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and timelines.
