I have received the shoes ORDER 404-1253413- 9551568 from Amazon India and was SHOCKED to find that this product is in total unacceptable condition.
1) The shoe box was torn and damaged
2) The shoes have marks which show that they have been used and repacked
3) The marks on the shoes show clearly that the shoes have been used and returned.
4) The vendor is selling them even when they are used before.
When I applied for return and refund on their protal, they promised to collect the product on 21-09-25 and did not collect it.
Later they sent a message that the return has been rejected.
They also blocked my account from sending any reviews.
I am really very upset to know that Amazon can allow such blatantly unethical activity by vendors.
They are selling used products and not accepting return. Blocking the customer from applying for return and also not letting him post a review becuase they dont want the complains on the product.
I do not wish to deal with AMAZON as they are being unethical in they services.
I am attaching the pics of the shoes as proof of the condition of the shoes.
I hope to recieve the REFUND AT THE EARLEIST and a reply from Amazon India for this issue.
Their 23rd Festive Offer looks like they would be selling used products again
