Good Morning Everyone,

We are starting Online Strength Training sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:10 AM to 7:00 AM.

This session will include structured strength training, and you will also receive a proper running plan to follow alongside it.

Those who are unable to attend physical sessions or are travelling regularly can join and continue their training consistently.

Fees: ₹7,000 for 3 months
