1. Separating the video from the control. Currently both the controls and the presentation are on the same view. It adds to the clutter and also doesn't come off being professional.

A host in a Video Conference should be just left to do the presentation rather than manage the controls too, simultaneously. A colleague or assistant on a mobile device controls the show.

2. Adding filters to the video like Snapchat. Would be fun for certain types of events like birthday parties etc.

3. Feed from multiple cameras with controls independently using a mobile device. Would be ideal for standup shows where camera angles add to the overall effect of the show.
