Sai Balkawade, a Second Year Computer Engineering student, has won a medal at the West Zone Inter-University Chess Championship. He proudly represented Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering and University of Mumbai in the tournament.

Based on his excellent performance, he has now been selected for the next stage — the All India Inter-University Chess Championship (Men’s category).

This achievement is a moment of great pride for the Computer Engineering Department, reflecting the talent and dedication of our students in both academics and sports. ♟️🏅
