मकर संक्रांती हा महाराष्ट्रातील एक महत्त्वाचा सण आहे. हा सण दरवर्षी १४ जानेवारी रोजी साजरा केला जातो. या दिवशी सूर्य मकर राशीत प्रवेश करतो, त्यामुळे या सणाला “मकर संक्रांती” असे म्हणतात.
