This week, Avisoft engaged with multiple higher education institutions to strengthen industry-academia connections on several fronts. At Avisoft, our endeavor is pay forward to the qualified youth of J&K in the pursuit of making them aware for the global tech and business opportunities.

Guest Lecture & Campus Drive at Central University, Jammu 🏛 🏛
Our founder, Mr Avinash Kumar Sharma was invited by the Central University, Jammu to conduct a session for MBA students. He shared insights from his corporate experiences in investment banking and his journey as an entrepreneur.
Avisoft also conducted a campus recruitment drive for the University’s MBA graduates, providing them with the opportunity to join our team.

Industry Visit of UIET Students to the Avisoft Office 💡 💡
Students from the University Institute of Engineering and Technology (UIET), Kathua Campus, University of Jammu visited the Avisoft office in Jammu. They engaged with our software developers, learning about current industry trends and gaining practical insights into the software development process. Mr. Avinash Kumar Sharma also addressed the students, offering guidance on how best to prepare for careers in the tech industry.

Pool Campus Drive at YCET 📝 📝
The pool campus drive at YCET Jammu saw participation from students from University of Jammu, YCET, IMS, MIET, MBSCET, Lovely Professional University (Jalandhar), and Jaypee University (Solan). Selected candidates will join Avisoft’s Jammu office upon completing their studies at their respective institutions.

We extend our gratitude to the faculty and administration of these institutions for their efforts in making these events successful, fostering positive collaboration between Avisoft and academia. Together, we are creating meaningful pathways for the region’s youth to thrive in today’s tech-driven landscape.
