The Silent Crisis: When Education Meets Political Distraction — A Call for Course Correction Among Muslim Youth

भारत के मुस्लिम बहुल गाँवों और छोटे कस्बों में एक अजीब और चिंताजनक घटना घट रही है। माँ-बाप अपने बच्चों को पढ़ाने के लिए बहुत बड़ी कुर्बानी देते हैं—कई बार खेत-जमीन बेचनी पड़ती है, कर्ज लेना पड़ता है, ताकि बेटा इंजीनियरिंग या कोई प्रोफेशनल डिग्री ले सके। लेकिन डिग्री लेने के बाद क्या होता है?
ये नौकरी ढूंढने नहीं जाते। SSC, UPSC या राज्य सेवाओं की तैयारी नहीं करते।
इसके बजाय, ये "फालतू की राजनीति" के भंवर में फँस जाते हैं—गाँव के झगड़े, धार्मिक बहस, और समुदाय के तोड़ने-मरोड़ने वाले विवाद जो इनके सबसे कीमती साल खा जाते हैं।
यह सिर्फ एक-दो लोगों की नाकामी नहीं है। यह पूरी कौम की त्रासदी है, जिसका असर आने वाली पीढ़ियों पर पड़ेगा। UPSC जैसी बड़ी सेवाओं में मुस्लिम प्रतिनिधित्व सिर्फ 2-5% है, जबकि आबादी 14.2% है। 25 साल से कम उम्र के ग्रेजुएट्स में बेरोजगारी 42% तक पहुँच गई है।

पढ़े-लिखे युवाओं का इस तरह फालतू की राजनीति में उलझना, आज हमारी सबसे बड़ी समस्या बन गया हमारे पास वक्त कम है। देश 28 साल की औसत उम्र के साथ आगे बढ़ रहा है ​। हम या तो इस मौके का फायदा उठाएँगे, या हमेशा के लिए पीछे रह जाएँगे।
जो लड़के आज गाँव के झगड़ों में वक्त बर्बाद कर रहे हैं, वो हमारी सबसे बड़ी उम्मीद भी हैं और सबसे बड़ी चिंता भी। अगर रास्ता बदला, यही लड़के IAS, इंजीनियर, डॉक्टर बनकर समाज बदल सकते हैं। अगर नहीं बदला, तो यही "निराश नेता" बनकर औरों को भी नीचे खींचेंगे।

The foundation of this plan is character building, career-oriented mentoring, women education, employment generation, and honest utilization of public money.

2.1 Character Building & Mentorship:
With vast experience in mentoring students, structured guidance will be provided to:
• Build discipline, moral values, and confidence
• Promote career-oriented thinking among youth
• Guide students from school level to professional careers

2.2 Armed Forces as Initial Career Path:
Rural youth will be encouraged to join the Armed Forces, as this sector:
• Does not require high English fluency initially
• Matches the physical strength and discipline of rural youth
