Ratri is night & charya is routine,So,here's the list of what routine one must follow at night according to Ancient text....
🌻 Dinner should be consumed in the first prahar(first 3 hours )of night.
🌻Dinner should be light as compared to the lunch & easy to digest,avoid tea,coffee & spicy food.
🌻 Don't forget to walk 100 steps or sit in vajrasana after dinner.
🌻 Touching eyes with moist fingers relieves stress & soothes eyes.
🌻 Padabhyanga i.e foot massage with oil is Ideal to do before going to bed,it's very beneficial for your eyes.
🌻Having Golden milk at night is healthier option.
🌻Read your favourite book.
🌻One should thank God before sleeping & remember what's done in the full day.
🌻Try to sleep in left lateral position.

🌻 Dantadhavan & Jivha nirlekhan-Brushing teeth and cleansing tongue.
🌻Anjana I.e.Collyrium-Applying medicated kajal in eyes.
🌻Nasya-Nasal instillation of medicated oil.
🌻 Gandush-Oil pulling.
🌻 Dhoompan-Medicated smoke inhalation.
🌻 Abhyanga-Oil Massage.
🌻 Vyayam-Exercise.
🌻 Udvartan-Ayurvedic powder massage.
🌻 Snan-Bathing
🌻 Bhojan- Having balanced shadras yukta diet.
🌻 Padabhyanga-Foot massage.
🌻Nidra-Sound sleep.
